RESOLVED… the back-owed money (including interest, penalties, costs and expenses) was dismissed, the debt is now 37% of the original amount, personal liability guarantee removed, and the court case processing was dismissed!
• Internet Company: A small business was being sued for in excess of $25,000. RESOLVED… installment payment plan made for only $8,000, case dismissed!
• Professional Medical Business and Persoanl Loan and Debt Guarantees: Client was referred to our company by lending professionals that could not lend based upon the current state of debt attached to the real property.
